  • How to send feedback?

    Please use the Feedback link in the header, to send suggestions.

  • How do I view data?

    • a) Data is accessible by clicking on the Datasets link in the header.
    b) Click on the Browse menu item.
    c) Experimental details and metadata can be accessed by selecting an experiment name from the left menu area
    d) The data from each analytical platform can be viewed by clicking the Expand link. The metadata of each platform is also available at this level.

  • How to download experiment data?

    • a) Click on the Download link under the Datasets menu.
    b) Select experimental data to download.
    c) Click on Download button to download data as a csv text file.
