Step 1Click on the Datasets in the main menu as shown in the following figure (It is a green colored band at the top of the page). Press Browse on the sub menu that pops up. Please Click on the figure above to see a better resolution picture. Step 2Select an experiment in the next screen and press the show button.You will see the following Screen . Click on the buttons at the green band near the experiment name to see the growth conditions for the plants and the other metadata of the experiment. Step 3Click on the Expand Data button to browse the data from a platform. This results in a table view of the metabolite concentration data where each metabolite occupies a row of the table. Each column of the table depicts the metabolite's concentration under the condition and replicate number shown as the column heading. The detection limit of a run is also shown as the top row. One can click on the metabolite name and see the detailed information about that metabolite at this time.The replicate quality can be checked by clicking on any of the buttons which are below the replicate names. Step 4Please use mutant filter on the left side to view data from the mutant of the choice as shown in the example below. Please Click on the figure above to see a better resolution picture. Step 5The metabolites details page can be accessed by either clicking the metabolite name in the previous step or by clicking at a point in the Ratio Plots. Please click .to see more information about the Ratio Plots. The following example shows the details for Alanine, which was the first metabolite in the previous figure. Please Click on the figure above to see a better resolution picture. Step 6One can find information about this metabolite by clicking at different links provided in this page. A dot plot is also provided at the bottom of this page to visualize the concentration of the metabolite under different conditions. For example, the dot plot in the following example shows the concentration of Alanine under different mutants. The replicates are shown in different colors.
